Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Sticksy! We are dedicated to bringing you the best stickers to express your style. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders within Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 8 to 12 business days for your stickers to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city or remote location across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Delivery Issues & Damages

  • If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at your support email with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • Sticksy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
